I am a traditionalist at heart. I yearn for food cooked the traditional way, or some may say, the "old fashioned way". I believe that a good home-cooked meal can capture the nostalgia of home and the memories it evokes.

Having lived abroad for a period of time, I know how it feels when one is homesick. So what better way to overcome it than with a home cooked meal that's reminiscent of your mum's cooking! But don't just savour it all yourself; home-cooked meals are best shared with your loved ones and close friends.

I use only the freshest ingredients and am not willing to compromise on taste. Everything is made from scratch and without preservatives. If stored properly, the items can be kept for at least 3 months.

 

Cooking has always been a passion of mine and having the opportunity to teach in a cooking school for the last 6 years has only allowed me to hone my skills further. Some of my specialties include our local favourites like Hainanese chicken rice, kueh pie tee and radish cake. I do hope that you will enjoy our home-cooked items and take the time to try out a few of our recipes as well.
