Home party made easy and yummy with kueh pie-tie sets from Lesley’Ss Kitchen! Set comes with the fillings, eggs, prawns and condiments. Pie tee cups were ordered separately.
Was a hit with all . The filling was cooked to perfection, both in taste and texture. Simmered yet with the right amount of crunch. The homemade sauce was superb!!

The hae bee hiam is super fragrant, perfect for frying with vegetables, meat, or even simply eating with bread. Our favourite is adding some hae bee hiam to the fried rice, which really elevates the dish. The sambal chilli is also our go-to chilli for all our meals now. It has just the right balance of sweetness and spiciness!

Oh my! Where do I begin... This Kueh Pie Tee isn't like any other. The combination of a super crispy cup, mighty tasty vegetables, eggs, crunchy prawns and divine chilli makes this small dish a very delectable one. I hate coriander and I don't enjoy eating KPT cus its super messy to eat and I always find it rather bland. BUT Lesley is converting me to a KPT lover. It is really good, so good that even H (a toddler who despises food in general) had 4 by herself and ate her veggies with rice. WOTM8

When we got the tiramisu, we took some time to look at it because it was so pretty. After digging in ... each mouthful have different layers of taste that was heavenly. This is a wonderful journey for the senses and educational too! I was inspired to read up on what is tiramisu all about.

The pietee was absolutely eye-opening. Im not well versed in peranakan food but i can say for sure that this is undesputably the best ive eaten. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and would love to eat it again!

Delicious sticky date pudding bathed in luscious toffee sauce. The sticky date pudding is wonderfully moist & the toffee sauce has a deep caramalized flavor - a perfect combination. Rich yet not too sweet..It's seriously good!

My coffee sauce chicken bites were fragrant and flavourful. This could be the signature dish if I open a restaurant someday. Others who appreciate coffee will love it. I cannot wait to cook pork ribs with the sauce next!

I had some of the dry laksa & the 2 otak in office for lunch yesterday. The smell & taste was amazing. Haha the people sitting at the next table were staring at my lunch enviously. I felt bad & cut each otak into 6 bite-size portions. It was soft & coconutty. Wish it was spicier but this level of spice should be acceptable to most. I gave them each a mouthful of noodles too. They loved it as much I did. Fragrant & delicious. Machum restaurant one. P.S. Sorry no pics. Too busy stuffing my face.

If comparisons had to be made, Lesley's Beef Rendang comes out tops for me. Just like the porridge in 3littlepigs, it was not too spicy, juicy and tender, cooked just right. The gravy had a slightly nutty flavor with a not too heavy hint of spices added. I decided to freeze what I could not finish and reheated this a week later to the delight that it was still sumptuous to eat. Thank you Lesley. Quality unprecedented.

Lesley's hae bee hiam is the best! Not too salty or too spicy. Ingredients are of good quality. Now a staple in our home. We eat it with bread, biscuits, rice or porridge. Reminds me of the hae bee hiam my grandmother used to make. Brings back good memories.

If one were to ask me where the best Kimchi in Singapore could be found, I would say Lesley’s homemade kimchi. It has a body and depth of flavour that store-bought knock offs lack, and is easily paired with a variety of dishes to delicious effect. Hot, cold, cooked with a dish or sampled on its own, Lesley’s Homemade Kimchi is a delight that I will savour for many years to come.

The black pepper sauce is super good. Made my dish very tasty. My son is enjoying the chicken and loves it! Your sauce really up my level of cooking. Amazing and very tasty.
