Our chilli oil 辣椒油 is prepared with coarse chilli flakes and sunflower oil infused with Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise and bay leaf.

It can be consumed directly with noodles (eg. Dàn dàn Noodles (擔擔麵), dim sum and dumplings (eg. 紅油抄手, wonton in red oil) or used as a cooking ingredient in dishes such as a Korean noodle soup (eg. jjamppong).
