Chicken Quesadillas


Chicken Quesadillas with Salsa, guacamole & sour cream

Using our homemade Salsa Cruda:

1 portion of Salsa Cruda (500g)

Chicken fillets 12pcs or more

Tortillas 2pcs

Optional: cheese, guacamole & sour cream


1) Marinate some chicken fillets with black pepper and salt. (For a more tender texture, squeeze some ginger juice over your chicken fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes prior to marinating with black pepper and salt.)

2) Pan fry marinated chicken fillets and set aside till ready to use.

3) On a separate dry frying pan, heat up a piece of tortilla wrap on both sides for about 5-10 seconds and remove from pan. Depending on how many pieces of quesadillas you desire, continue this step as many times as needed.

4) To assemble:

Cut tortilla wrap into 4-6 pieces..

On each piece of tortilla wrap, place 2 or more pieces of chicken fillets.

Add some salsa cruda, guacamole and sour cream as topping.

5) Serve while hot.


Alternatively...

3) Place a piece of tortilla wrap on a baking tray. Assemble several pieces of chicken fillets on the wrap and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. Place wrap into the oven to grill till cheese has melted.

4) Remove from oven and add salsa cruda, guacamole and sour cream as topping.

6) Cut into 4-6 pieces and serve while hot.
