Using our homemade HBH:
4-6 tbsp of HBH
Winged Beans 20-30pcs
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
Salt
Sugar
1) Thinly slice winged beans.
2) Heat oil in a wok and add in the winged beans and 4-6 tbsp of HBH together. Stir fry for 5mins or more (depending on how you like the texture of your veggies. You can also add a little water if you prefer a softer texture for your winged beans).
3) Season with a little salt and sugar as needed.
4) Turn off heat and remove from wok.
5) Best eaten with a bowl of rice.
