Black Pepper Crab

Using our homemade Black Pepper Sauce:

1 portion Black Pepper Sauce (200g)

Crabs 2-2.5 kg (2-3 medium sized crabs)

Unsalted Butter 1/2-1 block


1) Buy 2-3 crabs from your local market and get them to clean and cut it for you. Freeze till ready to use.

2) In a deep frying pan, melt the unsalted butter with the black pepper sauce. Cook over low heat till the butter melts.

3) Once the butter has melted, turn up the heat to medium and add in the crabs. Add enough water to cover 50%-60% of the crabs. Mix well and cover the crabs for 15-20 mins, gently tossing the crabs once or twice.

4) Remove the cover and continue to gently toss the crabs for another 5 mins or so or until the crabs are cooked through and the gravy has reduced.

5) Serve when done.
