Stir Fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce

Using our homemade Black Pepper Sauce:

3-4 tbsp of Black pepper sauce (add more if you prefer a spicier dish)

Beef flank 400-500g (sliced thinly)

Garlic 3-4 cloves (minced)

Yellow onions ½-1 (slice into rings or cut into wedges)

Green peppers 1 (cut into strips or wedges)

Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp

1) Marinate beef using the homemade black pepper sauce and set aside till ready to use.

2) Heat up oil in a wok and add in the yellow onions followed by the minced garlic. (If you prefer your green peppers cooked softer, you can add the green peppers in before the beef and stir fry for about 3 mins.) Once garlic and onions are caramelised, add in the marinated beef and stir fry for about 5-10 mins (depending on desired doneness of beef).

3) When beef is just about done, toss in the green peppers and taste. Add in more black pepper sauce if you want it spicier or if too spicy, add in some water or ½ tsp of sugar. Mix well and remove from heat.

4) Serve with plain rice.
