Using our homemade Buah Keluak Rempah: (serves 1-2 paxs)
400g cooked rice
½ portion rempah (100g)
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp cooking oil
Sugar & light soya sauce - add if needed
100g minced meat (optional)
Eggs (optional)
1) In a wok, add cooking oil, minced garlic and fry till it turns light brown.
2) Next, add minced meat and fry till it's separated and cooked.
3) Then add in the Buah Keluak rempah and cooked rice.
2) Fry till well mixed and taste. Add seasoning if needed.
3) Remove from wok and garnish with a sunny side up egg before serving.
